The Parents and Kids Fair is back in Montréal and in Québec City
Popular famfest returns with lots of new additions and a host of activities!
Montréal, January 8, 2019 - The whole family is going to be delighted to learn that the Parents and Kids Fair is back again this year, with a 27 th edition in Montréal and a 7th in Québec City. The event of the season for new and future parents, the Fair returns once again with a long list of exhibitors and a wide-ranging schedule that includes live concerts, conferences and fashion shows. The Parents and Kids Fair will unveil a wonderful new initiative this year, La Bourse des tout p’tits, a fund started by the Fair’s founding president, Louise Benoit, with the money being presented by the star couple and proud new parents Julie Ringuette and Pascal Morrissette. The Parents and Kids Fair will run April 5-6-7, 2019 at Place Bonaventure in Montréal, and April 26-27-28, 2019 at ExpoCité in Québec City.
La Bourse des tout p'tits
The Parents and Kids Fair cares about families that work hard to raise their children and nurture their wellbeing. It is a commitment it is proud to support by establishing a $12,000 fund to be shared by six families having visited the Fairs in Montréal and Québec City. Each will receive $2,000, presented by Julie Ringuette and Pascal Morrissette. Upon purchasing their ticket, visitors will be given a unique entry form, which they can drop off at the Bourse des tout p’tits information booth to enter the draw.
“We are very pleased to be presenting La Bourse des tout p’tits! With the birth of our little girl, Sam, we realize how expensive diapers, furniture, toys, baby clothing, etc. can get. They’re great, but they’re not free! This helping hand will give six families some breathing room, and we are very proud of this opportunity to add a little magic to their lives.”

About the Parents and Kids Fair
After remembering the lack of resources available back when she was pregnant, Louise Benoit, the Fair’s founder, decided to create an event that would help parents of children ages 0 to 6. That was in the early 1990s. Today, the Parents and Kids Fair is the largest consumer fair for families in the country. It is also the biggest showcase for early childhood products and services. A huge success in Montréal for 27 years, the Fair enjoyed tremendous success in Québec City last year, where it is back for a 6 th edition.
